Renata Sarasvati Diem at Angkor Wat
The Invitation

"Most people go through life whispering. At Angkor Wat, you will learn to roar."

Angkor Wat is not merely a temple. It is the largest religious monument on Earth — charged with millennia of devotion, prayer, and sacred resonance. Chanting near its stone corridors feels unlike anywhere else, as though the structure itself is echoing sound back through time.

This five-day retreat is designed for those ready to move beyond ordinary wellness — to use the power of your own voice, the wisdom of ancient yoga, and the transformative energy of one of the world's most sacred sites to undergo a genuine metamorphosis.

Four Pillars of Transformation

What you will experience

Each pillar opens a different door — voice, energy, sound, and presence — and together they create an integrated metamorphosis no single practice could achieve alone.

I

Vocal Resonance

Your voice is not just sound — it is a living conduit for healing, prayer, and spiritual presence. Through Bhakti Yoga and mantra chanting with Renata, you will move past blockages and reach your true resonance.

Bhakti Yoga · Mantra
II

Kriya & Pranayama

Specific Kriya Yoga and Pranayama exercises designed to silence mental noise and prepare the body for deep meditation. Devotional movement becomes prayer — the body itself offered as an instrument.

Kriya Yoga · Breathwork
III

Sacred Mantra

Chanting near the stone temples of Angkor Wat — dedicated to Vishnu — creates a synergy between your voice and the ancient energetic field of this site. Sound becomes prayer, prayer becomes transformation.

IV

Emotional Presence

Through sound healing, breathwork, inner listening, and a crystal bowl session, you will release what is old and radiate with ease in the present moment — reconnecting with your innate rhythm and emotional truth.

People travel to Cambodia to learn from Renata because she offers a rare bridge between technical excellence and spiritual depth — a Vienna Conservatory-trained opera singer who has devoted her voice entirely to the sacred.

Renata Sarasvati Diem

Vienna Conservatory · Opera Singer · Mantra Healer

Renata Sarasvati Diem is one of the rare teachers who can hold a concert hall and a sacred ceremony with equal presence. Trained at the Vienna Conservatory as an opera soprano, she has spent decades translating technical mastery into transformational healing work.

She dances joyfully between art forms and traditions, helping each student find their own innate rhythm and emotional truth — returning to the voice already present beneath the accumulated weight of self-consciousness.

Questions

Frequently asked

What is the booking deadline?

We recommend reserving your place as early as possible, as group numbers are intentionally kept small. Book accommodation with Angkor Grace: +855 63 900 288 or [email protected]. For the seminar, contact Renata at [email protected].

What is the cancellation policy?

Full refund is available up to 60 days prior to arrival. After that, the booking is non-refundable. Any non-refundable deposit may be applied toward a future booking within 12 months. Cancellations within 21 days are charged in full. Booked services are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Do I need a visa for Cambodia?

Yes — most nationalities require a visa. An e-Visa is available at evisa.gov.kh. Please ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates. Apply at least 2 weeks before departure.

How many participants join the retreat?

The retreat is deliberately kept intimate — small enough for Renata to work with each participant individually in vocal and mantra sessions. This is not a festival; it is a genuine immersive experience where depth of attention is possible.

Is this suitable for beginners?

Yes. No prior yoga, mantra, or singing experience is required. Renata works with each voice and body precisely where it is. What is required is openness to be present and a willingness to be moved. If you can breathe, you can chant.

Can I select individual activities rather than the full bundle?

Yes. The optional activities bundle is $310 USD for the full selection, but you are welcome to choose only specific items. Let us know at time of booking which activities you'd like, and the price will be adjusted accordingly.

What airport should I fly into?

Fly into Siem Reap International Airport (SAI). Airport pick-up can be arranged for $60 USD per car. Direct connections from Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Ho Chi Minh City, and Hong Kong.

What about dietary requirements?

Please notify us at time of booking. Angkor Grace accommodates most dietary preferences including vegetarian, vegan, and common allergies. Retreat food is intentionally nourishing and light — chosen to support deep practice.
