You've read the retreat page a few times now. The photos, the dates, the price — all of it makes sense. What's harder to picture is the part in between: what you'll actually be doing, day to day, for five days in Cambodia.
This is the walkthrough for that. No surprises, no vague spiritual language standing in for real answers — just what a day with Renata Sarasvati Diem actually looks like, so you can decide with clear eyes.
Every day follows a similar rhythm, with room to rest or explore in the gaps.
A guided breathwork and movement session to open the day, held in the retreat's yoga space at Angkor Grace.
A relaxed morning meal, with time to journal or simply sit with the quiet.
The core teaching block with Renata — vocal technique, Sanskrit mantra, and devotional chanting practice.
Time at the resort's phytopurified biopool, the Japanese-style Onsen, or simply resting before the afternoon.
On select days, a quiet, guided visit to Angkor Wat, Ta Prohm, Bayon, or Bakhaeng Hill — held with the reverence these active spiritual sites ask of every visitor. On other afternoons, a workshop on breath, resonance, or sound.
An evening session back at the retreat's sound healing temple to close the day and settle the nervous system.

Do I need singing experience? No. Renata offers modifications for beginners and depth for experienced practitioners — most participants have never trained their voice before.
Do I need yoga experience? No. Kriya Yoga and Pranayama sessions are guided at a pace suitable for all levels.
What should I pack? Lightweight, breathable clothing that covers shoulders and knees for temple visits, comfortable yoga wear, a reusable water bottle, and modest layers for cooler evenings.
How many people attend? The group is capped at 18 participants, so Renata can hear and guide every voice in the room.
What's included in the price? All sessions, meals, and accommodation at Angkor Grace. An optional temple bundle covers temple passes, a guide, a private crystal bowl session, an Apsara dance dinner, and airport pickup.
Will I be performing or singing in public? No. This is a personal practice, not a performance — nothing is recorded or shared without your consent.
Angkor Wat, Ta Prohm, Bayon, and Bakhaeng Hill are active spiritual sites, not backdrops. Guided visits during the retreat are quiet and reflective — a chance to carry the stillness built during morning practice into a place that has held reverence for nearly a thousand years. Mantra, chanting, and sound healing happen back at Angkor Grace, in spaces built for exactly that.
The schedule has built-in gaps for rest, and the resort's biopool and Onsen are available throughout free time. Nothing is mandatory beyond the core sessions.
Yes. Most participants arrive without prior retreat experience. Renata and the SoulAdventure team are available throughout to answer questions and help you settle in.
You can choose a Shared Suite or a Private King Suite, both at Angkor Grace Wellness Resort — a short distance from the Angkor Archaeological Park.
A Vienna Conservatory-trained opera soprano with decades in Bhakti Yoga and mantra practice — bringing technical precision and genuine warmth to every session.
